Inari’s is a neighborhood bistro in the heart of Colorado’s Orchard & Wine Country. Our focus is on serving delicious, satisfying food from a seasonally changing menu to guests looking for quality and value.  Our dishes are thoughtfully planned and prepared with attention to detail using the freshest ingredients procured from local artisans and producers whenever possible.  We want to establish a reputation with our guests, who are also our neighbors, based on honesty, reliability and consistency.

We have tried to capture the spirit of Palisade in our restaurant; the charm and uncomplicated lifestyle of the American small town, the gracious hospitality of its people and the bounty of its land.  The environment at Inari’s is casual and friendly where locals and tourists can gather to experience the ambience and cuisine reflecting Mesa County’s unique and diverse region from its bountiful fusion of farms, orchards and vineyards in the valley to the rugged Bookcliffs and Redlands, to the alpine slopes of the Grand Mesa.
